Billet Front Adjustable Swaybar End Link setsfor the Audi TT MK1 and VW MK4 R32.

We start with a center body made from303 Stainless Steelhex bar to replace the flimsy non-adjustable OEM spaghetti links. We then add super strong6,000 lbs radial load capacityTHK sealed ball joints with a proprietary PEEK liner on either end to provide many years of noise free operation. Our ball joints have integral dust boots to seal out the elements and do not require any maintenance. These linkages will not deflect under the hardest track corners and will provide the most accurate handling. The proprietary THK links are the best rod ends available and are tuned specifically for the high frequency vibrations of swaybar end links. When you are done with the other brands that rattle and wear out in a few months, you will appreciate the switch to these ! You cannot buy these end links directly from THK off their site.

All center sections are powder coated with a thick layer of eitherGloss Black or Bilstein Jazz Blue– please choose during check out.

Our design allows simple and quick adjustmenton the car. Simply loosen the jam nuts at either end and spin the center body portion to lengthen or shorten, then retighten the jam nuts.

This adjustable design will provide quick adjustment on the car, which is enough to handle all lowered (or raised) set ups. You want the stabilizer bar end links to be as vertical as possible, perpendicular to the swaybar itself to avoid any loading in the fwd/aft direction.

Please Note : The Rod Ends used on these swaybar end linkshave studs which are 1″ in thread length. Please verify before ordering that this will work on your strut/swaybar set up, as some set ups do require longer threaded lengths.

These swaybar end links are made a bit longer than stock. This is because when lowering your vehicle, you will need to LENGTHEN your front swaybar end links to compensate for the change in suspension geometry. These swaybar end links can be adjusted from 14.5″ to 15.5″ center to center length as shipped. If you desire, you could also trim off part of the 2″ long threaded ends to reduce center to center length to 12 3/4″. Please understand this before ordering and get an idea of what center to center length you desire to be certain these will work for your application. You want the swaybar end links to sit as vertical as possible !
