VTT is proud to announce an All-new VTT GC redesign for 2021! The latest in our line of N54 VTT GC turbochargers. The GC F-RB or Full-Rebrand.

This is an all-new take on the VTT N54 GC turbocharger, using 100% new parts throughout that is pure performance. Some of the new groundbreaking features include: All turbine side parts are now fully cast from 310 Stainless Steel for increased temperature resistance, and ultimate corrosion resistance. We also fully redesigned the turbine housing -the F-RBs have a much larger volute as well as a proprietary AR which will dramatically increase flow capacity, helping to eliminate stress on the turbine wheel. Fully redesigned compressor housings which now include V-band OR Hose Barb connection options (while our current stock of hose barb connections last). The CHRAs are redesigned with new compressor wheels, bullet nuts, and better internal parts. These are new turbochargers from the compressor housing to the bearing housing, to the turbine housing. We engineered them to fit in the stock N54 location but provide the full flow of a much larger turbo -the F-RBs outflow the GCV2.0s by a significant margin.

With this all-new design, there is no other 850WHP capable turbocharger option on the market single or twins that can match the spool, ease of fitment, power, reliability, OR price of our GC F-RB turbochargers!

All sizes utilize the same 52x46mm turbine wheel for increased flow

VTT Inlet, AND/OR outlet bundle: The GC F-RB turbochargers work perfectly with our very own VTT 2 inlets, and VTT aluminum outlet, and were designed to be used with these pieces. If you already have inlets or want to use another inlet brand that is not a problem, simply do not add them to the dropdown. These turbochargers will work with the stock outlet, or any V-band outlet, or our GC Barbed outlet if that option is chosen. (Please note, if you remove the inlet options, and do not have these items, you will not be able to install the turbos, as the stock inlets will not fit the new turbos.)

We also always recommend upgrading your PCV system at the time of turbo upgrade or replacement, as the stock valve/system can be worn. This means it can stop functioning to its full potential, causing oiling issues with your BMW. This upgraded valve not only replaces the worn stock valve it is also much stronger and will help eliminate any future PCV issues. We have many PCV options available including our catch can, and aluminum valve cover options.

Engine oil choice with upgraded turbochargers is a very important aspect for longevity, we only recommend 40W oils and higher, with high Zinc, and Phosphorus content, for high shear strength.
